This FAQ will help guide you through ordering officially licensed Arkansas Tech University (ATU) merchandise. All products listed here are pre-approved and compliant with Arkansas Act 943 of 2025. However, your specific artwork and design must still be reviewed and approved by ATU’s licensing office before production.

Q: What is this website for?

A: This site provides a preview of selected promotional products that have been approved by ATU’s procurement team. You can select items here knowing the products meet state and university requirements. The actual ordering process begins when you click on the “Click Here to Order and Learn More”.

 

Q: What is Arkansas Act 943 of 2025, and why is it important?

A: Arkansas’s Act 943 of 2025 (formerly HB1604), took effect on August 5,2025. The Act prohibits the use of public funds by state agencies to purchase promotional items made in China.

 

Ordering Process

 

Q: How do I place an order?

A:        1. Choose your product from the pre-approved selection on this site.

2. Click the “Click Here to Order and Learn More” button to be redirected to the product on the 4imprint website.
3. Submit your artwork or customization details during checkout or send them directly to the customer service representative (CSR) assisting with your order.

4. 4imprint will send you a virtual art proof to review and approve.
5. Once you approve the quote and artwork, 4imprint will send your artwork to ATU’s licensing office for final review and approval.
6. After the licensing’s office approval is received, 4imprint will send your order off to production.

 

Q: Can I add my own department or event branding?

A: Yes, you can include additional text or graphics, provided they align with ATU’s brand guidelines and are approved by the licensing office.

 

Q: Can I order products not listed on this site?

A: Yes, however, this site is limited to ATU-approved products that comply with Arkansas Act 943. For items not listed here, you must work directly with ATU’s procurement office to request approval before 4imprint can produce them.

 

Artwork & Branding

 

Q: Are pre-approved designs available?

A: While the products themselves are approved, your specific design - including placement, text, and logo usage - must be reviewed and approved by ATU’s licensing office before production begins.  4imprint does however carry many of your pre-approved logos on file to be used on the products should you not have access to them.

 

Q: How do I submit my artwork?

A: During the ordering process when on the 4imprint website, you can upload your artwork file(s) directly or email them directly with your customer service representative. Vector formats like .AI or .EPS are preferred to help ensure brand compliance.

 

Q: How long does the artwork and brand approval process take?

A: Approval typically takes 1–3 business days once your submission is complete. Complex or nonstandard designs may require additional time.

Q: Do we receive discounted pricing for our quotes and orders?

  A: Yes, you can use coupon code ATU10 to receive a 10% discount.

 

Payment

 

Q: How do I pay?

A: Orders can be paid via p-card. 4imprint processes payment once your order has shipped complete.

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

Q: How long does it take to receive my items?

A: 4imprint will notify you on anticipated ship date after your order has been sent off to production.  This can be 3-7 business days after licensing’s approval, and the form of payment has been received.

 

Q: Is rush service available?

A: Yes. Many items offer a “24-Hour” option, quantities and decoration methods define this service. We suggest you contact your 4imprint representative for details and availability.

Q: What if my order is wrong or damaged?
